When trying to run FlashStats I get error -1701. [Mac]
Answer
This is caused by using a web server that does not support modern plug-ins; perhaps a very old version of MacHTTP or something. The error indicates that the server doesn't understand the AppleEvent returned by the cgi.
Anyone with this problem should upgrade to the current version of their web server.
