Tech note FS1405

Description
FlashStats.acgi is timed out by the web server. [Mac]

Answer
This may happen if you are analyzing a lot of data and it takes longer than the web server allows.

You can overcome this by increasing the timeout setting for WebSTAR or QuidProQuo:

  1. Choose "Misc. Settings" from the "Configure" menu in WebSTAR Admin.

  2. Increase the "Timeout" value (it's expressed in seconds).
