Tech note FS1419
Description
How large of a memory partition should I allocate to FlashStats on my Mac web server?
Answer
FlashStats comes with a standard memory partition size of 350KB. This should be fine for most web sites. The only reason to increase the size of the memory partition is to allow more users to run FlashStats reports at the same time.
Increasing the partition size will not increase FlashStats' ability to process large logs, nor will it increase FlashStats' speed.
